How can we help?

Questions, bug reports, and feedback about Kitchen AI are welcome.

Email support

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the issue. If a link fails to import, include the link. Do not email passwords, recovery codes, or private health information.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No account is required for the main Kitchen AI experience. Your personal recipes, kitchen inventory, plans, and preferences are saved on your iPhone. The optional shared-household feature creates a server account and stores the information you choose to share so household members can use it.

Why did a video import fail?

Check that the video is public and its link opens normally. A video host may block access, require sign-in, or change how links work. The AI service may also be temporarily unavailable. Try again later, or enter the recipe manually. Include the link and the exact error message if you email support.

How do I erase local information?

Open Kitchen AI Settings and choose Erase all data or Erase local data only, where available. This clears app data stored on the iPhone. It does not delete information already shared with an optional household or held by a third-party service. If you use a shared household, contact us about deleting its server account or shared data.

What if a recipe or allergy result looks wrong?

Review ingredients, package labels, quantities, and cooking steps before use. Recipe imports and AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, especially for allergens. Use the product label and professional advice when a dietary restriction matters.

Privacy and data requests

For privacy questions or a request to access or delete server-held shared-household information, email frankchenclc@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the relevant account holder. See the Privacy Policy for details about local storage and optional online features.
